Does it work on WordPress.com? No. WordPress.com cannot install custom plugins.

Is it secure? Yes. Self-hosted, HackerOne white-hat testing, no data leaves your server.

Site quantity limits? Unlimited. Dashboard capacity depends on hosting quality.

WordPress Multisite? User-reported to work, but not officially tested or supported.

What hosts are recommended? Pressable MainWP Install recommended. Works on most WordPress-compatible hosts.

Server compatibility? Works on both Windows and Linux servers meeting minimum requirements.

Browser support? Latest versions of Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Chrome. IE6-7 unsupported.

How do I get extensions? Free extensions via signup. Premium extensions require MainWP Pro plan (access to all extensions).

License type? All extensions GPL licensed (like WordPress). Usable on unlimited sites.

Support/update license validity? Valid for duration of MainWP Pro membership. Lifetime plans never expire.

What happens when license expires? Extensions continue functioning. Updates and support access lost.

Multiple Dashboards? Yes, extensions installable on multiple Dashboards.

Payment methods? PayPal and Stripe.

Support methods? Support tickets and email only. No social media, phone, or live chat.

Support tiers? No tiers. All members receive the same support level.

Customization policy? Core code modification not recommended. Unsupported for modified installations.
